As President, Mr. Patterson brings over 20 years of experience in the Facility and Fuel Compliance Industry. Richard brings both knowledge and experience in the establishment of fuel compliance software, fluid management software, and site-specific inspection software. Richard previously managed operations and technology for Titan Management Group, where he was the CIO. He pioneered Titan's EDGE compliance platform and has been integral in its evolution from an e-document storage solution to an enterprise SaaS software platform, incorporating regulatory standards and industry best practices of the largest c-store and fleet operators in North America. He has a diversity of experience outside of technology, both as a restaurant owner and a professional baseball umpire. Rick has experience in all aspects of Facility Management, Compliance Inspection, and Web-based Systems. Mr. Patterson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Richard resides in Franklin, Tennessee.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Andrews, Chief Operations Officer, has over 25 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management and Operations Management. Prior to joining MVI Holdings, Chris served in several levels of management with BellSouth, a Fortune 500 Company, and AT&T Ad Solutions, including General Manager for the State of Mississippi and subsequently Middle Tennessee and Western Kentucky. From 2008 thru 2012, Chris was the Director of Operations for the Southeast U.S. where he had responsibility for the creation and execution of policies and procedures, customer satisfaction ratings, and employee evaluation documents and processes. In addition to project management, data analysis, and process engineering skills, Chris brings a proven leadership track record and demonstrated ability in building cohesive teams across diverse environments to this project. Chris prides himself on his keen, strategic analysis skills and forward-thinking mindset when it comes to working with clients so that he can maximize efficient execution of daily operations and proposed projects. Chris graduated from the University of South Alabama where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Chris resides in Franklin, Tennessee.
Chief Financial Officer & VP of ConRAC Operations
Ms. Amy Czerwinski, lead accountant, provides accounting and budgeting oversight. Ms. Czerwinski graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Accounting and is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). She began her professional career as a legislative auditor with the State of Tennessee and advanced to Fiscal Director within seven years. She has over 20 years of government management, senior management, and private accounting experience including financial and compliance auditing. She has monitored and reported on budgets up to $100 million and is also skilled in contract management, internal controls, risk assessment, and strategic planning. Amy leads and develops staff to implement cost savings, advance efficiencies, and improve reporting. Amy prides herself on exceeding expectations and providing timely and accurate information for business decision-making. Amy is a graduate of Western Kentucky University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Amy resides in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
VP of Field Operations
Mr. Raymer has been with MVI since inception and is an integral part of upholding MVI's high compliance standards while strategically growing our partnerships over the years. Cory is responsible for the oversight of the field operations in multiple states, holds numerous A/B Operator Certifications, and is experienced in Inspections, Site Assessments, Corrosion Control, etc. Prior to joining MVI Cory played in the National Football League where he was part of the Washington Redskins and the San Diego Chargers. In addition, he is a member of the University of Wisconsin Football Hall of Fame. Cory resides in Virginia.
Director of ConRAC Operations
Mrs. Jennifer Diaz, a Facility, Fuel, and Transportation Senior Manager, is a key decision-maker at MVI and is accountable for all business activities at the Airport Consolidated Rental Car Facilities (ConRACs) which we currently manage. She started her career in facility management as a Senior Project Manager of MVI Facility Services and was responsible for managing all fuel operations at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport, located in Bloomington, Minnesota. In addition to being accountable for daily business activities at the ConRACs, Jennifer is the lead member responsible for the development of Operation & Maintenance Manuals, and all Training Manuals for employees. Jennifer serves as the Transition Lead on all ConRAC projects for the company and prides herself on being accessible to clients to ensure that all projects run smoothly. Jennifer is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and is an expert in facility and fuel management. Jennifer graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor in Business Administration. She has experience in all aspects of Underground Storage Tank (UST), Fuel, and Facility Management. She prides herself on bringing value to our clients by having a team that is always ready to respond immediately to clients' needs. Jennifer and her team understand that ConRACs need to operate 24/7 and that MVI's duty is to take the complexity out of managing facilities so that the rental car companies MVI serves can focus on their core business; renting vehicles and providing a safe environment for all airport passengers. Jennifer resides in Smyrna, Tennessee.
